SURVEY: Real Titties or FAKE?

REAL ONLY FOR ME. There is no comparison to the way they feel and look. You might think it looks better to have big fake ones when you are dressed, but take off the clothes and it's a disaster. Even the better boob jobs don't compare to real. Give me real boobs, no matter how small, especially if you have nice nipples any day.

Honestly. You'll look for two seconds and get a bigger hard on for how awesome the person is.

 

They're all real, some are just more enhanced. Either way, they're great!

 

This is so interesting. Sooo, I had a reduction. Yep, you heard that right. I was a 36DD, size 6/8. I hated them. One was significantly larger than the other so for that alone my insurance paid for the surgery. My surgeon took me to a C cup and did a lift. I wanted to go to a large B and she said with my body type that would be to small. So anyway 7 years later I am a full C and love them. They started to sag just a bit but look pretty good for 46. My husband loves them. The only thing I don't like is the scars but once I tan them they are harder to see.

So my girlfriend had implants due to a masectomy and hers look terrible. Totally look fake. She went from an A cup to D cup.

So my husband definitely prefers all-natural but he loves all boobs as most men do. But as a women if they ever start sagging really bad I would definitely consider implants.

I know what you mean brother! I told the good doctor afterwards he must be comforted in knowing that he is truly doing the Lords work. All joking aside, he was the consummate professional in every way, fantastically skilled, yet down to earth and easy to talk too. We had a 2-1/2 HOUR consultation first and he was so caring in every way. A true credit to the medical profession. Dr. John Iacobucci in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Best $5800 ever spent and even though I was very happy with Stephie before, this was about how SHE wanted to look, and now she is thrilled. Once in a while somebody will comment negatively about fake boobs though but my question for them is this; You put up a fake tree every December, but it's still Christmas isn't it?

 

A great set of boobs, real or fake, without a personality to rock them is like a lambourghini with a smart car engine. It actually is all about the personality. Great boobs can be wasted on boring girls. Turns it around tho. Average boobs on an exceptional girl will put a grin ear to ear in me every time.

Like i have always said, three things everyone buys too small their first time:
Bikes, Boats and Boobs!!! Go big or go home!

 

I'm sure I've answered this before, but fake, real, whatever. It doesn't make a difference. They're all breasts end of the day. I honestly don't see why a B or a C cup woman would feel inadequate and need implants, but I guess it is all down to personal preference. Too big and people start to look disproportionate which I'd say isn't a good look, but again it's all down to personal preference of the woman going for surgery. As we get older all things head south so I guess that's a good reason to get implants as it just lifts everything back up again, no different to botox or lip fillers to slow down ageing really.
