    Awesome! Yes I do think the surgeon has much to do with it too, as well as how tight your implants are in your pocket. Sounds like I need to go to Utah for my next job! LOL :)

    My upper body is pretty lean and you don't see my implant but I PERSONALLY can feel it because I'm a nut job. My husband can't lol Like lots of people have said, surgeon, surgeon, surgeon :) (And my lower body is not as lean as I'd like :))

    I had silicone the first time, not a ton of difference. well except for size. but after 3 more kids they appeared small because I wasn't as lean as I was when I got the first set. even with the size I have now, there is not a bit of rippling. going under completely is the way to go. a lot better coverage. and yes think about Utah surgeons, wow a lot to choose from. I can really dress them down if I want so its hard to notice the size. but in all reality they aren't huge anyway!! kinda sad about that. but there is only a handful of surgeons willing to go any larger!!

    Hers went from 34A to 34DD with 500cc of silicone. They are gorgeous, with just enough "hang" to look natural. Or at least as natural as DDs can look on a 100 pound frame. They are wonderful and she never had a loss of sensation (crease incision)

    She had hers done. Last aug went from a 32a to a 32dd cohesive gel (350CC). Under the muscle. They look great my concern would be they would like like porn star fake tits. And thank god they don't Her nips are a lot more sensitive then they used to be
