If you have them would you do it again? Just got them done 3 weeks ago

Bigger? Smaller? They look awesome as they came out. Most likely going to be a 36DD after they finish Dropping and Fluffing

Whats the right size? Whatever looks good on you and you are comfortable with

Is their in difference in the implants? I chose 430 High Profile Salines. I had enough skin tissue and they went under the muscle so you can't see or feel the implant

Did you lose or gain any sensitivity or responsiveness? Too soon to tell

nipple arrousal? Hoping it all comes back starting to get the feeling back so should be good

Cost? $6300 also had a lollipop lift do to 3 kids. Started out as 36D/D before kids, after breast feeding 36 droopy B's

Scarring? looking like it should fade nicely

good symmetry? too soon to tell

Improve your self-esteem? did it for me, wanted to look good in dresses again without a bra

Men gauking a problem? I sure hope so ;)

Do you have to dress like a nun to not get noticed? A nice sweater works

best implant material? depends on the person and your preference

Regrets, ,, no way I LOVE them wish she would've done them before way before, the way I feel I loved her natural breasts, but darned kids took them away from me, now I got it back again, and will do the same in a hart beat, her nipples r soooo perky she has to put on a nipple cover, , but not at TTR, to me they look just natural and biuetuful, 32 ddd, works well for me.

If it's a good boob job, they can be great! However we just got back from Temptation and we'd say for every 1 good boob job, we saw 3 bad ones. Visible scars, rock hard boobs, boobs that look like grapefruits with a massive space between them etc.

It made the wife think twice about wanting to get hers done.

Having just been down there with you guys, we can assure your wife that she doesn't need them - AT ALL!

Mine have a lot of space but they did when they were natural so I don't know that I would say it's a function of a bad boob job so much as anatomy. Breast tissue is located where it is located; it would be massive reconstructive surgery if I wanted them to change that.

P.S. Can someone PM me about the massage. My doctor did not instruct about any massage, just movement exercises. Thanks!

Sheez... I managed to not really answer the questions posed directly in the original post. My bad, ya'll.

Stacia didn't lose sensitivity, she actually gained some, which surprised me, but it made sense when I asked the doc about it later. He told me that, sometimes the ladies do have some loss of sensation, usually on a temporary basis, as since the nipples are served by peripheral nerves, such things heal and generally return. In Stacia's case, the implant worked to slightly stretch a sensory nerve, thus mechanically increasing its "tone" in the neurology sense, which meant that it took less actual sensation to make a "feelable" reaction. Sort of makes sense.

We went to what might be the best breast augmentation doc in Texas, Dr. Michael Ciaravino (website here:

Houston Plastic Surgeon | Texas Breast Augmentation | Michael Ciaravino MD, FACS

Twice, separated by 7 years. He had told us that the implants he put in initially had a span of ten years, and that she might, but would not have, to get a revision to stay looking the way she wanted. Her pre-latest augmentation were up in our old profile albums, but I think I forgot Steve's sponsors rules, so I would have to send you over to the CCS website or can share them (IM/PM me, she wants ladies to be educated on the subject - we don't get kickbacks from him, LOL! He's just that damn good at what he does.)for a "pre-latest" look, which you can compare to the latest look.

She flat lov-lov-loves her boobs, likes the way they balance out the bubble-butt, loves the way they work in clothes, models the hourglass, etc. I especially like, this is my weirdness showing, that she's got the 6-pack rocking under the 34DD rack. Amazing shape.

First time to Dr. C it was $6K, the most recent revision to go up as big as Dr. C said he'd recommend going for her was $7,200.

visible scars does not necessarily mean a bad boob job... we went in knowing there would be a visible scar. It is part of the lift process. but I guess it depends on the scar you are referring to.

Fake here. Got them 4 years ago. I WILL get them redone. Got them before having a baby and nursing - if you want to nurse, save your money and just fix them after b/c that really does a number on them! LOL

I have TONS Of friends with them (being in the fitness industry, it's the norm) so I have talked about this till the cows came home. :p

Do your research for sure! Major things to look into:
    1. Over or under the muscle?
I went with under. The reason is because I don't like the SUPER fake ball-on-chest look and my hubby wasn't sure how he would feel about super fake boobs. He took a little convincing (of course part of that could be because he was forking over 7k lol!).
I was concerened about me looking like Tits McGee as well. I work in the IT industry, thus, I'm in a man's world and it's already hard enough to be taken seriously! Also, I wanted boobs that would look decent on me when I am old, and under the muscle helps a little with keeping them in place/gravity of skin over the years.

    2. Silicone or Saline?
Boobs cost more depending on where you live. We live in the Midwest, so it's cheaper than costal cities or big cities. WHOOP!
I got silicone because everyone says they feel more real. Also if under the muscle, they also feel a little more real too, supposedly. Hubby was very concerened with them feeling real b/c he wasn't a big fake boob guy and didn't want to FEEL like he was squeezing something fake while in the moment.
Also, I have friends that have saline and you can hear her boobs sloshing around sometimes during sex she says. I didn't want that.
Lastly, for me, silicone was a good choice b/c Saline implants can rupture and one can literally 'go flat'. The new silicone that came back on the market a few years ago are literally like gel/solid-ish. My doc had one cut open and hung it upside down, that stuff is not going anywhere.

    3. Profile
Your doc will measure your boobs (natural chest cavity, rather) and suggest what they think will work for you. Basically the profiles are either wider and more flat (tuna can) or Higher profile and narrower. (Soup can). So how much they protrude is often based on that.

I got moderate (middle) to fit my wider chest cavity, and 325 cc's (actual size).

IF i had to do it over again:

    4. PRICE
Silicone will run you about a grand more in these parts.
Saline is cheaper so if you think you want or will need a lift (about 1k for a lift) you can get a lift and saline for about what silicone and no lift costs.

I'd go bigger. Everyone says GO BIGGER but I was all conservative thinking it was for the best.
Hubby went with me to my consult. We chose a doc that was known for doing natty looking jobs.
He gave us exactly what we asked for so I can't complain but now 4 years later and after nursing a baby I'm thinking for $6,800 USD I kinda WANT them to look fake or at least questionable. :) I dont want to look like Dolly Parton but I wouldn't mind if they sat up a little too high and stuck out a little futher. My boobs, most people dont even know they're fake. I still have to wear a push up bra to get them to look great, and i'm fine in clothes but would love to be able to rock a strapless dress or top without a bra and I cannot do that currently.

I guess what I'm saying is, you have to decide what you want long term. After my next baby is done nursing, I'm going to get them fixed and I'm going to probably go 500cc, high profile!! :flash::flash:

OH and to answer some of your other quesitons: Sensitvity around nipples was never hindered but I had some weird zings and numbness for a few months till the nerves got back to normal.
Looking foward to getting them fixed but mainly b/c I want an upgrade. They looked GREAT when they were new and hadn't 'dropped aka settled and 'fluffed' yet so that's how I know the look i want. If only they could have stayed that way. lol...
