If you have not gotten it yet, look at the bottom of this page, with the links, and get the Cancun map by Can- Do Maps....it is a travel guide in and of itself.....a well spent $10.00.....you will not be sorry, and you can see where things are and learn how to get from point a to b and around to c Laura the Mapchick and her hubby Perry have spent a lot of time down there, and put together an awesome set of guides, and they are well worth the price.....just do it!
I have to agree with Rodman. I bought the maps before my trip a couple weeks ago, and they were amazing. I think the price is not nearly enough for the detail and great advice. Plus they arrived a couple days after I bought them. FANTASTIC!!!!
Yeah, there is only the one you need to worry about they are all the same. The others are way out from the HZ and not on the HZ bus route. I dont even know where #3 is myself.
Walmart Parking Lot Restaurant Hey Readers, With regard to the recommendation by Tele65 (Hey Dan, what's up?), don't pay attention to what Steve says. That restaurant is called El Porton and NOT VIPS, although both are owned by Walmart. But it's the only free standing building in the Walmart / Sams property where you will go to Walmart if coming from the hotel zone. We do have 3 VIPS in town, one by the Convention Center in the hotel zone, one close to Plaza Las Americas, basically on Labna, which is the street that runs beside Sam's Club, and a brand new one on the road from the airport to downtown that does NOT go through the hotel zone. To me VIPS is way too pricy and you cannot get a Grand Slam, right Rivergirl? T.J. Cancun
