We were at the door for 2:45pm and no bus, waited till 3:15 no bus. Caught a cab to the aiport, flight delay 25 mins on board. By the time we got to the ticket counter delay 2.5 hours. They did get us home, but a little late. No big deal, will give them a second chance.
Oh man. I've said it before on another thread and I will say it again at every opportunity I get. Sunwing sucks. Two separate trips, both had multiple issues. And I'm not talking "the seat was uncomfortable" issues. In the interest of my blood pressure I won't get into details again. Just know that I have paid hundreds of dollars more per trip now to avoid Sunwing and go with Westjet who have never dropped the ball through the dozens of trips I have taken for both business and pleasure. Sunwing? Never again. Westjet? They're my go-to airline. Buyer beware.
