I had trouble with pictures also and had to send it to Steve. but now I cant remember exacty how I did that. I guess I will check and see if there is an email address to send it to him, that must have been what I did before. Tech dumb Terry

we had one in ours, but there was stuff burnt all over it. I asked about a new one, but it never came. We had brought our travel iron/steamer, so I didn't push it. I did tell them at check-out so it could be replaced, but they didn't seem too concerned.
Sounds like the norm. One time we had to wait 5 hrs to get our safe fixed, and called about it at least 10 times. Another time the remote would not work, needed new batteries, they had to call a tech and we had to show him how to change the batteries, only in Mexico! Gotta love it. Terry
Just retured and had 2 different rooms, both had irons, boards, etc. Oh yea, both rooms had bathroom doors too. lol, rooms 1115 and 2309. 2309 overlooked the sexy pool and loved it!! in fact, all the 2300's had great view!!
Where you in section D, The rooms with 4 floors over looking the sexy pool? Terry ( if you where looking at the ocean from the sexy pool they would be to your left)
The iron and ironing board were in the closet last time i went i May..Hairdry were in the bathroom ( Not that i needed one...LMAO!! ) :blueshock:
i am looking at the property map now and i don't see a section D. Our room was 3rd floor (which was top floor in our section) The buffet rest. was to our right. The section with 4 floors is what we looked at from our balcony. The way i see the map, if you want to look at the sexy pool get rooms 2108-2115 (ground floor), or 2209-2217 (second floor) or 2309-2316 (3rd floor). I thought the section with four floors is for time share owners which are 3101-3108, 3201-3208, 3301-3308, 3401-3408.
