    Refusal to do either the dare or shot could result in the chicken, errrr, offender getting a penalty time out. They'd have to sit in a Naughty Chair in the corner and watch the fun, being able to buy their way back in by completing a dare of the crowd's choice. The crowd would confer for 1 minute, out of earshot of the victim, errrr, offender, before announcing that dare.
