Thanks all, like I've said before this would be a very boring place for me to come to daily for the last 3 or 4 years if it wasn't for all the members here. I just put the mechanism in place and make sure people can find it - it's everyone else that makes it what it is...... an addiction! It does have it's ups and downs at times but we are here to stay

To add to the kudos...great person to deal with on both a business and a personal level. He has my utmost respect and I've never met him in person.
