By the way their 0870 number on their webiste will only work from calls placed from inside the UK. Sue posted their UK number 0114 2515036 but you will need to modify that depending on how you make International calls from your country. From Mexico it would be: 0044 114 2515036

Alpharooms We too are having a problem we booked a room in August and got a confirmation email with dates from May to June of this year we have yet to find a number that works and no response to our emails although payment was processed
I have always had luck with using their facebook page and sending a private message. Just remember the time difference.
