Well, after much deliberation and repeated counting of pennies.... it's official! March 10-17 Club Carrousel It was a toss-up between the Oasis and this hotel and it came down to $$ basically. All I wanted was a relatively cheap All-Inclusive on the beach, and that's what I got, no expectations of frills of any sort. 3 weeks ago I was sure I wasn't going to Cancun, but couldn't resist in the end. If anyone is still looking to book for peak week, contact me and I'll certainly give you a sh*tload of information on rates, particularly for a single. I did find the Oasis for under $900/week AI, and as of 12 noon on 2/24 it is still listed as such (for 2 it would be $1587 @ the oasis, hotel only, all taxes included) See you all on the beach!
gtahotels knew someone that used them before and everything was fine. Of course, it's all a crap shoot.
