Cant believe Sara has gone that really puts a downer on the visit hopefully they will change their mind when she gets back. They probably want vanilla entertainment staff who have no personality wont step out of line and have some fun and will also not allow the guests to have fun with the events. If I want straight up non naughty entertainment I can go to Sandals etc. Its been getting tamer and tamer year on year they have one of the biggest return rates i ever heard of and they trying to drive them all away dont understand why???
Rant 1 To fire someone over one complaint is just wrong. There are jerks all over the place trying to take advantage of a situation, flexing their muscle or whatever reason they feel it is important to complain. I am a small business owner with almost 1,000 clients. There is a very small percentage of them who like to complain and try to talk down my employees. The thing they don't know is that each rep handles approximately 250 clients. So when I have 1 or 2 complaints per rep that means I have 248 or 249 satisfied clients. After investigating each situation, 99.9% of the time, it is very minor and doesn't deserve any discipline at all. All this to say, there are professional complainers everywhere. I rather have a satisfaction rate of 99% and let the 1% go, they will not be happy anywhere anyway. So give us back our Sara, Jose, Eme and don't let the 1% ruin it for the other 99%!! Please!!!!!!!!
Rant 2: A couple weeks ago, we met a couple where the husband says wherever he goes he complains so het gets free stuff. WHAT!!!! WTF!!! Are you kidding me???? What a complete asshole!!!! Buddy we have to go I can no longer talk to you or ever associate myself with you.
Sara69 embodies the TTR vibe. For that one complainer the management could find hundreds of people in praise of her if only they took the trouble to look/ask. Let's hope common sense prevails.
Hoping for an overturn Sad and troubling news! We travel to TTR throughout the year and each trip Sarah69 was one of many staff that always make an effort to say hello and do everything they can to make us feel like TTR is truly a special place. The great staff along with all the new and repeat guests is what make TTR special. Management always needs to do what is necessary to ensure staff follow established guidelines. We can only hope that senior management realize that staff create the "atmosphere or vibe" which make people decide on TTR. A careful and complete review needs to take place before any decision to "fire" staff. If management are not careful the TTR atmosphere or vibe will be effected which is a major reason for new and repeat guests to select TTR. There are many resort options. Between firing key staff and the reported upcoming construction the future of TTR is in question. Selling premier memberships could become a challenge! The real question is, "What does management want?" TTR's future cash flow could be negatively impacted. Suggestion for management: Know the facts, think before reacting, save TTR's reputation and future!
I have faith in the upper management of TTR that this will be resolved when Sara returns from the UK. What's right is right.
A few years ago there was a lot of staffing changes at Golden Parnassus and a huge amount of drama on the FB and CCC pages for them. People saying it would never be the same and they'd stop going and management would feel the pain in the pocket book. GP is still up and running successfully and from the recent posts it sounds like people are still having fun. How come when change is so prevalent in our lives do we humans resist it so defiantly?
