Unfortunately, it is true that Sara69 has been fired. She is currently on a pre-scheduled vacation in the UK and was fired two days before leaving. Sarah didn't want it to come out until she got back, as she wants to enjoy her holiday without her Facebook blowing up. This wasn't alcohol related but a guest complaint / accusation which was untrue, but unfortunately she was not supported by her immediate Manager. At least one person at a very senior level is not happy about this, and has requested a meeting with her upon her return - hopefully the decision gets overturned.
Good gracious...........Jose and Sara69.........absolutely our favorites. Truly good people busting their asses everyday so we can have fun. I did HR stuff for years........and you have to have rules......but you also have to give people second, third and fourth chances. I'd love to see them both back again. These 2 made the TTR experience from the staff perspective. We're not premier so didn't know the other gent.
We are very disappointed that Jose and Sarah are gone. We didn't know Eme, but hoping this stops. We have seen a lot of great staff let go over the past 12 years we have been going to BBG/Temptation.
It does seem like something is afoot with the recent rash of firings of well known and liked staff. I feel sorry those still there because the level of paranoia has to very high. And I can't imagine how that can not have a chilling effect on the atmosphere of the resort.
This is very sad news! Sarah 69 and Jose both made our trip in November one to remember. So sad Sarah's management didn't back her knowing how she is such an asset to TTR. Thank goodness we can still have her energy and fun on the Boobs Cruise we love you Sarah 69!
