At the end of our last stay at a different resort, we still had lots of money that we had set aside just for tips. So this is what we started doing also, just tipping every worker we saw the last day we were there. Everyone of them really seemed glad to have received it and a few of them actually looked shocked that someone would tip them.
My husband (chris) once gave the bathroom lady a 20 for handing him a towel. She just about had tears in her eyes and didn't even want to accept it! He felt so good after doing it..Its the people that people forget to tip that get the happiest!!!
