What's wrong with underwear? Sam switched to that about 3 years ago and that's pretty much all he wears now. They don't look demasculizing like a lot of board shorts and he says they are was way more comfortable. I like them because they are easy to get into!
The trend (fashion) right now for swimsuits is above the knee. Half way between knee and crouch. Loose, not tight. I bought 2 for the trip.

Meant to add that internationaljock.com has a good mix of all kids of suits and sales in the clearance page. Bought Sauvage and Diesel (loose) for standing around and Gosoftwear (stretchy) for swimming and snorkeling. Sizes were good (I am 6'2, 205ish).

The hubs has been wearing some of these shorts the last couple months from Amazon. He likes them because they have a zipper pocket. They are sized smaller than US sizes and it’s usually advised to size up by 2 sizes. He is 5’10, 185 lbs and wearing an XL in the pic.
I got all these off Amazon for our last trip we went on. Think they ranged from $4 to $8 each max! Surprisingly I was very comfortable in them haha

My husband wears them because I love them and think it’s hot... he isn’t a small guy... he’s 6ft and ?210... if us gals can run around topless half the day, you can wear whatever you darn well please! Where else do you get a chance to do this? Live it up, wear the short tight shorts! ;D
