I go to Niagra on the lake often I love the wine tours and it only takes about an hour for me to get there.........June is perfect!!!! probably just two of us!!!! where are you guys staying? and when should I book?
Alright At this point I count about 35 people and 18 rooms for the weekend of June 5 and 6. I took the liberty today of e-mailing a bunch of the hotels direct and telling them what we have; verbatim: "Hi, we are part of an international web board that love to chat and discuss recent and upcoming trips to Cancun. We can be found at www.cancuncare.com. Recently during our ongoing discussions, someone mentioned that, hey, wouldn't it be neat to all get together and have a meet and greet, so we put together a post to that effect to gauge some interest. It appears that we have about 35 people and 18 rooms ready to go. We are looking for this for the weekend of June 5 and 6, looking for all to be on one floor and would also like a commons room. We are e-mailing a bunch of the hotels in the area similar to yours, so if you could come back with a quote it would be appreciated." I have e-mailed places like the Marriot, Sheraton, Hilton, Embassy Suites, Radisson, Oakes, etc., all pretty similar. Anyone else is welcome to take over, best overall gets it, price, amneties, etc., I'll keep everyone posted.
