SPRING BREAK BACK IN THE DAY

I walked around the forum today , looks like the clubs are getting ready. The City has their Spring Break ´08 banners up , there is some work being done to the bars outside Daddy O´s.

the local paper ¨Por Esto¨ has alot of articles about springbreakers

I think MTV will come back next year , Cancun is def 100% ready

while cancun is back and running it has lost something from years past, with la boom and fat tuesday gone and the now poor excuse for mardi gras it is not the same it was in say the late 90s early 2000s i noticed a trend from when i went 03 04 06 03 was the wildest and each year it got more calm, 03 oasis beach was packed u couldnt even move wet tshirt contest going on all kinds of contests, by 06 there was a dj and a few people laying out definetly a different vibe, it might have changed and got back to normal im just going by what i saw in my 3 trips

 

I went out last night to Hooters and Congos , looks like the party is about to start!!!!!!!!!

I agree with Ant - 2003 was the best year I went. I started in 1998 but was a rookie didnt appreciate it went in 2001 was good but 2003 was INSANE ~!!!~

Ended up partying w/ Adam from Roadrules at the Oasis He dated a friend of mine. He hooked it up with all the MTV sh*t that year.

And La Boom is def missed one of the best sound systems I have ever heard & that includes (Fabic in London for u UK folks & Twilo in NYC)
