    I've got the PERFECT diet plan for you. It's even better than Ian's plan. You will NO doubt, loose not only all the weight in a matter of 30 days, but you will add a 100% boost to your virility.

    Here's the plan:

    Take a 30 day trip to Beijing, and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at this place where Nancy is a waitress. She will have you skinny as a toothpick within 30 days OR LESS.

    this website is really good, it tells you how many calories you need and when you put ur food in for the day makes a pie chart of how much is fat protein carbs etc www.calorie-count.com also theres a forum you can get recipies and advice.

    cardio before strength and cardio and evening after eating leger trying to spend more calories than you do by spending day no pain no gain guy!
