    Tatas is another word for shoes in TTR , otherwise it means Tits,breast

    we were there 30thnov-10thdec and a few men and two women commented on my wife having nice shoes we have never heard any one say that (in england) but a guy i work with tells me it is meant as a complimeant and another says it means i would like to make out with you any of you regulars know if there is any significance or are my work mates windind me up

    Take it as a compliment! It's not a come on, it's general usage is for nice breasts. Like you we hadn't heard the phrase before our first visit.
