    We just booked when we got there. There were no issues getting a slot (no pun intended)

    We did it in late May and it was $220. Of course, a tip is customary, so call it $250.

    Just FYI regarding the email. In five years I have sent at least a dozen emails and have never had a response. I don't think anyone ever checks emails there.
