our bonuses and raises were cancelled 3 days before the christmas party when we normally receive them.

I still had to buy a car a week later.

Hence no Cancun. yet.

Generally there's no OT for salaried positions around here.

 

yeah i get paid overtime.

which is good. cause i seem to work enough of it :roll: i just need to find the time to actually submit it. time seems to scarce around here some days

 

Pretty common practice over here I think. My sis is salary and gets OT as well.

 

i think sometimes it depends on the career level. like the consultants dont get it and such...

at my job a thte consulting firm from hell they paid ot to level 4's and below but had to beg for approval. anything over level 5 they got bonuses so that was their over time.

please not level 5's were promised a bonus of 0 - 5% yippeeeee... :roll:
