Coco Bongo's Rocks best to go on same night as hotel, vip seating and drinks are far better than going on your own and ending up without a view of the stage down on the floor, not seen anything like this place here in the UK mind you our Health and Safety people sure would not allow spiderman to be flying around above the audience. Lol, anyway hope to be back next year for our 3rd time, and CBs is on our to do list. Take care all Niki & Rob
Coco Bongo is a must do. Not somewhere you'd want to go every week but a definite must see at least once. Unless it's changed the hotel night is on Monday's. Looking at your dates it seems you wont be there on a Monday It is open every night though and if you cant make the hotel night out I'd recommend you still go. A couple of good looking girls will get VIP any night they want to!
We just went last night, and we actually hated everything about it. We had gone to Sweet the night before, and had a great time, but Sweet is actually a club. CB is a show with alcohol, it's not a club with a show, like people told us. You get in there, push your way through hundreds of people to get to the Temptation "area". Not seats or anything, just an area for 34 temptationites. It was super-loud, of course, but there is no dance floor. You pick your spot and wait for something interesting to happen. There were a few shows put on, but the songs were really lame. I mean, Beteljeuse? (spelling wrong, I'm sure). Forget trying to get to a bar for a drink, it's soooooooo packed you can't move. We gave up after 15-20 minutes, then couldn't find the exit. It's not where you enter, you have to go through another packed 2500 people just to leave. At least 3 couples from Temptation left after about 20 minutes of the "show", with the same complaints as us. Anyway, there was nothing redeeming, if there was a fire or anything, we would have died. There is absolutely NO free space. No way to dance with someone else. You can bop in your 1 square foot of space, and hope your handler brings you a drink. Save your money, go to Sweet or one of the other places. Sweet was nice table service, lots of mixers, pitchers of shots, etc etc. AND A DANCE FLOOR! CBs was absolutely horrible.
