It's definitely NOT a cure, but it is Definitely an analgesic (meaning covers up the pain response and makes you all betta-betta)… A really good, hot & spicy, Bloody Mary. Like McDonald's, I think that's why this drink was invented! Problem is, TTR is not the place to get a decent Bloody Mary. At TTR the substitute I use is their Purple Shit drink, which tastes like a Grape Popsicle, is absolutely FULL of alcohol and it kicks like a mule... you just cvan't taste the alcohol in it, so your system isn't likely to revolt (i.e. yack, throw-up, emit projectile... you get the point). Also, Stacia & I've found that drinking the ketones the day OF the drinking and the morning AFTER the drinking cuts Way back on any potential, or actual, hand-around.
The best way is to not get them at all. If you can prevent yourself from dehydrating (drink a big glass of water between each drink) you'll probably wake up feeling fine. Its really important to make sure you're hydrated completely before starting to drink too. 4 liters of water 6 hours before you start will do it. We drank like this for 5 days straight with no hangover. Except the draw back was on the 5th day we couldn't sleep, felt really anxious and were shaking, oops seems like a hangover here and there is a good idea just to slow you down a bit! . We think it was alcohol withdraws or something, kind scary, be safe! If you become dehydrated while drinking you lost, its too hard to re-hydrate at that point get the pedialyte out! edit: Forgot to mention sugar can also cause dehydration like alcohol. The worst hangover of my life was drinking craft cidars. Alcohol, sugar and by being unfiltered, left a lot of congener in the drink. The hang over was so bad, it was the first and only time my fiance has seen me puke in 6 years. Clear alcohol has the least amount of congener. Natural wines, whiskey and craft beers usually have more. Vodka and Club soda, no lime with a water, all day no hangover for me!

Thought we got roofied or something! Haha My ankles were swollen like a pregnant woman!
I've had heart palpitations while at TTR too, I don't think it was from drinking alcohol my body is used to that. T
