yeah harder with a mortgae for sure...I don't have that responsibility just yet..

 

I have given up caffeine, nicotine, and fatty foods all at once.

A trip to the emergency room will do that to you.

and contrary to popular belief... drinking alcohol isn't going to affect your wasteline greatly... it's the food part that'll get you.
