Change is always good and would welcome it but I can't imagine the "sexy vibe" be part of the change. We thought we brought that with us! I wonder how a sale would affect those who have purchased Premier memberships (especially if they would make any sort of drastic changes)? That's one of the reasons we shy away from purchasing - who knows what could change in the next few years...
It's been a few years since we attended our last presentation ..........and I asked basically the same question.........what happens if the resort "sells". We were told that we're not buying into TTR we were buying into Premier Resorts and their cooperating partners world wide. And that properties that are available change all the time. Add in Mexican Law...............and good luck!
