We have to agree with most. We have been to Cancun 17 times. After we found TTR, we will never go anywhere else. Let's just hope it stays as great as it is now.
Here's a beach front hotel in Cancun with 450 rooms, restaurants, shops etc: $40 Million Buy a Hotel With 450 Rooms In Cancun business for sale on Businesses For Sale .com There's also a downtown hotel with 90 rooms going for $8 Million. An empty, hotel sized, beach front lot for $42 Million and a lagoon side hotel with 8 rooms for $2.5 Million. It aint cheap. Any takers?
The hotels to either side of Temptation are usually empty while Temptation is rocking, so if I were going to buy a hotel and change things, I would buy one of those. TTR is obviously a successful place, so I can't imagine why anyone would want to mess with success. If TTR changed, I don't know where we would go. Desire is simply too expensive for regular trips. Hopefully some other hotel would try to fill the void left by TTR.

I know a person that is working on a bid. Sorry if Steve doesn't know him, I'm sure there are lots of people in Cancun he doesn't know. Based upon what I do know I asked a question. back to topic, maybe Oasis Sens new format would work for current Temptation clientele and we would see a mass move to that resort. SW&TW
