My wife was apprehensive about the bottoms more than the tops. Top was off rather quick but she wore more scrunch butt than g-strings, but there were a ton of girls in thongs there for our stay. Whatever you're comfortable with will be fine. Judgement free zone.

Not far from the resort. From Paty'os its about a 5 minute walk if your still hung over the from the night before. If you're sober, its even less. When you get to the resort and head past the sexy pool to the beach, the dock for the Boob's cruise is towards the left. For the Boobs Cruise itself, you meet at PatyO's in the morning.
