That's a tropical storm for ya. lol Back in 98 we had a cat 1 hurricane come through Florida, Every business closed people boarded up the houses, grocery stores where empty, gas stations done. The day of the hurricane Rich, who had been working on a motorcycle, sat and spayed painted all the panels. the next cat 1 we went through flooded many areas and caused a lot of damage, no real winds but so much rain. You just never know with these things lol
