Just called to confirm and at first they didnt have us! LOL Then she was like ahhhh yes! Here we go! lol I almost died! hahaha..... she said check in is not until three(where you get your room) but you will get "checked in" and your bracelets within 15 minutes. Sounds like the usual. Off to shop and tan for the last few times! Got to do some heavy duty packing today!
If you get there before 3 .... can you still hang and drink and stuff before you get your room? Our plane is due to get into Cancun by 9:30 am .... so we had just planned on hanging at hotel before our room is ready ... I want to make sure that I can start drinking just as soon as my feet hit their floor!
Yes - they check you in give you a bracelet and turn you loose. You can eat, drink and do anything you want until your room is ready. Pack your bathing suit in your carry on and have your sun tan lotion where you can get it from your checked bags and you'll be all set.
of course!!! we usually keep our suits on top and as soon as we get our "welcome spiel" we go back to our suitcases in the hallway and grab our stuff. then we change in the bathrooms right next to the welcome area(or for more space you can change where the spa is(down the scary looking concrete steps) in the girls locker room. after changing we usually eat at the paradise buffet and watch all the fun in the pool(since our flight was long and tiring, its nice to have a quick meal). Then we go down to the pool, lay our towels out, lotion up, and relax! usually at 11 or 3 (depending on the crowd) there is tequila volleyball. Its sooo fun to watch but even more fun to join. by the time we are ready to get cleaned up after lunch and get ready for dinner, our room is always ready!
Do you get anything out of doing the timeshare presentation? I can sit through a presentation for some free shit.
We're thinking of going from the 15-22, any thoughts on our chances of getting bumped around that time?
