Im definately going to have to look this up, ive been trying to quit for years, but everytime i have a few beers its all down hill, ill go through a pack in a night out.....so anything would work, I dont even know what those Ecigs look like or how you carry them around, but definately a good idea to look into
Don't smoke. But have some great friends that do, we sit with them outside but make sure the smoke is blowing the other way, if you see me wafting it means I need to move, but I still want to be friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ill usually put it out if I can control the way the smoke is going, the conversations with friends is worth more then the darn cigarette lol....
you can Google them.. there are all sorts of different kinds they have a rechargeable carring case. In the states the place you can get them is "Totally Wicked"..
I smoked for 22 years and quit 11 years ago. I am so glad that I quit but hey yesterday I so wanted one. Even now I have to remind myself that I am a non smoker. It's hard to quit but it is so worth it. Keep up the fight, you all can do it.
I get mine at mypvshop.com either get the joyce 510 which is small one and you can refill it but only holds a few drops or get the rn4072 which holds more liquid and more vapor. You can get the kit and try it out but you will need to replace the batteries that they sell there about once a month and the atomizer every couple months , Just read up on them and read the different forums they have for them. Like I said you can also buy the liquid in different flavors which is what helped me quit since I associated smoking with a different taste which made me not like the regular taste of cigs after awhile. Now I get the e liquid that has no nicotine for when I have a few drinks and it just replaces the actions of smoking. I personally use the rn40y2 which is bigger and holds more liquid equal to about 10 cigs. The batteries are rechargable and comes with a charger and are not interchangable with other ecigs. *L*.. funny... I try to make sure I'm standing down wind from non-smokers so they don't have to have my smoke in their face.
I am the same way, but always seems like my cigarette smoke is like a back yard bonfire, the smoke starts blowing in my face, so i move and after I move away, the smoke starts blowing that way now....so I try to move downwind or just find a uninhabited place to smoke for 3 minutes lol
