Is marijuana legal in Cancun now ? Is it safe to purchase off resorts is any kind of smoking allowed on resort ? Cigarettes cigars ?
Currently at resort now. I'm not a reg smoker at home, but love to light up cigars when on vacation. Been smoking 3 - 4 cigars on beach only every day for past 3 days. Been very respectful & always at the very last lounge chairs downwind from everyone, almost near the boat docks. First day , Been hiding lit cigars from security & approx a dozen national guards & marina patrol. But today, Been openly smoking cigars right in front of them without any issues, just like before. There's many other cigarette smokers & vapors on the beach, no problem. With only 4 - 5 small umbrellas available on the beach, there's not very many people using the beach, so everyone's pretty spread out.
