Can anyone tell me how I can update or changed the picture in my user profile?

 

I took this from the "Adding pictures" sticky thread:

Profile Pic
Your profile pic is the picture that appears on your profile page. To visit your or anybody elses profile then click their name next to one of their posts and then visit the 'View Public Profile' link.

To add your profile pic visit your control panel and choose the option 'edit profile picture'.

Profile pics can be larger than avatar pics, up to 250 pixels wide. Again to get the best picture cut out the part of the picture you want to display before uploading.

 

Go to USER CP, then Control Panel. There's an option there to change your profile pic or avatar pic.

 

Click user CP tab Top left of screen then edit Profile pic
to change the one Here to the Left that shows in posts that is an AVATAR photo edit that avatar photo using that same User CP tab
