Okay, so I am trying to follow this as best I can...flip flops for men (only if you wax and paint your toe nails), but combat boots are okay! Gonna create havoc with my luggage weight!
Combat boots are only ok if you have short legs otherwise it's high heels on long legs. Don't ask me it's Donald's rule. That's why I wear closed toed sandals They are way easier to deal with no waxing of toes no polish to worry about.
