You are definately on the right track. Mainly to come together as a group in a fun way. Helps encourage people to participate as well knowing they wont be the only ones and helps them narrow down what to do. It's also a good ice breaker at Bash as u instantly have somethin in common. Obviously, no obligation to go with the twists. But, I will say, it is fun to see a couple dozen people that all dressed up with the similar idea. Last year we did ninja turtles on superhero night. Random idea that not many people would think of doing so u can imagine the reaction when there were a couple dozen of them runnin around, lol
Hey little question here on the white dress shirt and heels theme night. I understand (and think it’s a great idea !!) the theme for the womens (I really dig it), but (as for many other themes!!) what would be the male interpretation of the theme be ? What are everyone else doing ? thanks
One year when we did this theme I (Brent), broke out the "risky business" outfit.....actually think I'm gonna do it for lingerie night this year Aside from that, my tentative plan is -80s exercise outfit (short shorts tank, sweatbands) for glow night.....dont miss the glow paint pre party!!! - gonna be the greatest texas ranger ever for 911 night - I will be the Luigi to Kelly's Mario for superhero night -got an outfit for Angel's and devils that's pretty simple but fits the bill -lingerie night I think I will do the risky business with sunglasses as my masquerade mask -Nerd or possibly old school gym coach for school girl/nerd night -for white night i have thought of wearing a plain white tshirt and bringing a marker to get everyone to sign as a personal souvenir.
I think Kim and I are both going to rock the Tom Cruise look for white night. As for the other themes we’re still putting outfits together.
