Interesting. I wonder why they went back to the old format... à la carte is much more flexible for people who don't like certain foods. I'd be happy with almost anything but my man is not into seafood. An hour and a half makes sense with the performers. Did you guys enjoy yourselves?
We did enjoy it. Definitely a different change from the other restaurants. However do not go into the dinner hungry. We accidentally missed lunch that day and it was very slow starting. So if you are hungry I recommend stopping at the cafe for a pretzel or pastry.
