I'm DEFINITELY rockin' a kilt in my tartan (my mom was an Armstrong), and having spent a few weeks in the Highlands last year photographing the majesty of my ancestral homeland, I'll also be rockin' a fairly convincing Scottish brogue (considering I'm a surfer dude from Southern California!)
...and for those guys looking for a lightweight kilt online - Sport Kilt - Modernized Kilts & Apparel for Men, Women & Children - mine arrived last week and it's perfect!
But is it assless??? "Saturday 13th ------ Red Night - Kori's birthday - Official Start of Assless Wonder Week!" It's the law!! :daisy:
My kilt will definitely be making an appearance in TTR. Our luggage allowance will just about stand it (Gail generously dropped her shoe quota from 9 to 8 pairs!!!). I'm not a Scot but love wearing the kilt and I promise to wear it as a true Scotsman does..... And before you ask GoGoBlanco...no, it is not assless!
I will be rockin a kilt for the first time too. I got mine here... SWK Thrifty-Kilts™ I never owned a kilt before , but it seems OK. I had it 3 days after I ordered it.
Calling all kilt wearers - we may need to put in a bit of practice before TTR! [ame=]THE OFFICIAL Hot Scots drum line - 2011 - Nigel - Talent Show at LHHS - YouTube
