I also have discovered cookies & cream protein. Mix that with Calorie Countdown Chocolate milk by Hood (80 calories a cup, and only 6g carbs), and its amazing.
I am using Dymatize iso-100 - I got the cookies and cream flavor and it is very good! 24g of protien, 100 calories and no carbs.

I recently went to a trainer at LifeTime Fitness (not sure if they have them or not by you), and they were able to do a Heart Rate Metabolic Assessment for me. It's basically a test where they have you on the treadmill for about 30 minutes along with an oxygen-type mask and a heart rate monitor and they calculated my different heart rate zones. I found that I was over-working-out with my cardio - in too high of a heart rate zone. By tweaking my 'diet' (and by diet, I mean making healthier choices) and by doing my cardio in my fat-burning zones, opposed to my true 'cardio' zones, I lost 7 lbs in the past month - and the 7 lbs were all in the right places. I highly recommend it if you have a LifeTime in your area!
