Damn...toga-esque costume arrived today, and it's too short for me (supposed to be floor length), so I sent it back to Amazon. No toga night for me. Still waiting for the nurse costume to arrive from China, but have another 7 business days before I leave so fingers are crossed.
Actually you met 3 of us at Craig's BBQ during Stampede...Michelle, Michael and myself (Tandy)... We will also have Michelle's sister (Nicole) and Michael's friend (Rachel) from San Fransico joining us... Michael, Rachel and I are the TTR newbies...But Craig and D have already talked me into the Boobs Cruise so I'll be going to that too - Can't wait...
Still waiting for my cowboy boots too...........hmmmmmmmm they sent me a delayed notice today so that sucks. I guess Karen it's just gonna have to be a white night for you. But I think we should still make Craig wear toga. Not sure what I will end up wearin gon my feet if the boots don't make it.
Well, the good news is that a second new white night dress arrived as back-up to the toga, and I really like it. And another Beach Bunny bikini. A girl can never have too many bikinis. :mermaid: Hope your boots turn up. Maybe check the costume stores for cowboy boot covers you can wear over a pair of non-cowboy boots? They make some for pirates, maybe also for cowboys. If my nurse costume does not arrive in time, I will shamble down to the costume store myself to get a nurses' cap. I already have another accessory for my nursing outfit, and I'll find some kind of red cross to stick onto one of my white dresses.
