I was involved in a toy exchange one year (I think it was a September). But it was free. We just met near the quiet pool bar one night around 7 I believe. I recommend keeping it free, only cost was the purchasing the toy. We also could incorporate that thing where you draw numbers and can open a new gift or steal one that's already been revealed.
