    Men are not required to wear shirts at the Paty'O Bar. If you plan on wearing boxer shorts as your bottom, I would suggest only adding a red bow tie for a top. At least that is the way I figure it. Less is ALWAYS better when it comes to theme night gear. I repeat...LESS is ALWAYS better!
