So what happened to all the great ideas about themes? We'll be there from 8/31-9/9, so we will over lap with quite a few other trips. I've seen glitter/metalic night, naughty school girl, it looks like my arabian night is not so popular and then of course everyone is dressing up for lingerie night!!!... So, which nights work best for whom to do themes? I know, you aren't supposed to be all organized about vaca, but I don't want to be the only pastied sparkley sci/fi freek...
We were there around the same time as Rob as well. I like the themes but I am not up to buying a whole bunch of extra stuff again. We were there during rainbow day (so got that swimsuit) International (Canadian swim suit), Glow night was easy and cheap to do and well also got that naughty school girl outfit as well. I also have a pirate oufit, witch, french maid and 60 's outfit. Lots of thong bikinis and well almost every color bikini so just a thought let's see what people have and figure out some themes from that list. We can all use the money we save to go out for a bar night on one of the days. Had to add one more thing.........have a cowboy hat too.
And a very sexy cowboy hat it is! I don't spend a lot of money on any of my outfits, but then, we have great second hand stores where if you hit them right, you can buy an entire outfit (oh, yeah, sparkly, scandalous lil' black dress) for $2.50. We could make a couple nights kinda vague, like "costume night" (if it's sexy,) in which case, your french maid would definately work; and I'm intrigued with the glitter night, some glitter powder and shiny clothes and you're set. I just remember back to how much fun and how unique the trip was last May with a theme, not for every night/day by the pool, but for some of them.
Yup, I have my "outfit" for lingerie night already...well, I have the clothing, if you can call it that, but still need heels and jewelry to accessorize. I have a schoolgirl outfit already....just waiting to hear what else I'll need!
