Marcie...........NOOOOO Hurricanes!!!!!

I like to lost my mind last year watching so closely, thinking we would have to cancel our vacation. We have been to Cancun 10 times and usually go in September, have never had a problem (missed Wilma by about 3 days), last year there was something trying to churn up out there, but she went north....all was well, had a great vacation

except for hurricanes you usually dont have to worry to much about the weather, they call for rain everyday, but in my experience, it rains about 20 minutes than turns back to beautiful, sometimes we dont even get out of the pool!!!

Yes - you got us down to a tee - I think the pool breathed a sigh of relief when Dave lost his voice (praying works). Doesn't surprise me that you remember Dave as the loud one !!

Dougie and Anne where with us also - unfortunately they cant make it this year however Viv and Neil that we meet last year are going again, a week earlier than us, and hopefully Paul and Lewis from Scotland.

It just amazes me that so many people are always returning to TTR, we make many new friends every year.

Davy is not keen on my hair short and still goes curly anyway - humidity is the only thing I dislike about Mexico.

Helloooooo Lisa - how are you?? So glad youve finally booked - we'll have a couple of days together as we leave on the 13th!

I will def try and say hello - it I dont and you see me first I have a big dragon tattoo on the bottom of my back. I'll listen out for your Davy - if he spots me 1st just get him to holler ' OI MAX!!!' I'm sure I'll hear him LOL

Regarding humidity - I BLOODY hate it - drove me spare last year so I'm taking a false pony tail thingy again. When I cant be arsed wit mi hair I just tie it up anyway but I use the false pony for when I wanna be a bit more glamarous. Being that I have treated afro hair - I have to use gel that makes mi hair feel wet at the best of times so out in Cancun its a nightmare - just sticks to me face -i look like a right git!!

Theres so many people that we either met over the past 2 years year or have chatted to on here that we're gonna meet at TTR - it kinda feels like home from home. Its like our little slice of paradise -I just have to figure out a way of getting there twice a year - just costs so bloody much!!

We also remember Davy had a very good singing voice in Karaoke, even after 5 shots of tequila. (Or maybe his voice got better after 5 shots of tequila, either way it was good entertainment.) There was also guy named Chris and his girlfriend, who we can’t recall. Do you know if they are returning?

I take hundreds of photographs when on vacation. Less than half turn out any good. (Many are out of focus, funny how that happens; I thought they looked fine when I took them.) I recall attempted to email Davy some pictures of him and Dougie in a contest. Do you know if he every got them?

Yep - that was us, Davy remembered you both OK - you sent the photo's to Dougie and he sent them on to Davy. For the first year ever we are bringing a camera - god know's what will show up in them !! You arrive the same day as us - we arrive at the airport at 1.00om hope to be at TTR for 3- what time do you arrive ?

Hi Max - yes i will come over and say hi - my hair is a bit longer this year so at least I can tie it back and I also bought one of the pony tail things as well - usually by the evening time with the amount of cocktails I have drank I don't stress to much over my hair - but it would be nice that if for just one night be behaved itself.
