It is always the 1st monday of sept.

So when do the celebrations occur ? we normally here of a crowd going to Temptations for Labor weekend, so would they go on the Friday before then ?

Just wondering how busy Temps will be, we seem to be going earlier and earlier each year ?

They would arrive the Thursday or Friday before. We would have gone done for those dates but, everyone from across the pond wasn't going until the Wednesday after and we wanted to spend more time with you guys. So we decided on the 10th a few days after you guys. It's funny that we were also talking about how we end up earlier and earlier. Weather seems to be better.

 

We are in a work situation that would not allow us to go during the Labor Day Holiday, even though our Anniversary is Sept. 6. We have been to Temptations during a “busy” time (Spring Break) and prefer the week after a Holiday as it is normally less crowded.
Locating fun people :cheerleaders:and things to do :musik026:has never been an issue.

Cant wait to see you's all again, looks as if September is now also turning into a repeaters months as well

On our first trip to Cancun we found a post on this site about bringing toys for the kids down there. We really loved the idea and have done it every time we've been. I know there's a ton of other people that would love to give back so I thought I'd post it in each of the roll call sections.

We'd like to encourage everyone to bring some toys and school supplies to Cancun and drop them off at either the Hard Rock Cafe or the Needful Things bookstore on Avenida Coba in the center of town near Walmart.

If you're thinking that it would cost too much to buy toys for the kids, we get our stuff at the dollar store to maximize the stuff we can get. Try to avoid anything with batteries. The simple stuff is the best.

For school supplies we tend to get some notebooks, pens, pencils and markers. stuff like that.

Nancy, one of the organizers, stops by every two weeks or so to collect what has been dropped off.

Sept is still a possibility...........Sheila glad your going to go. Hope your friend is a good babysitter. Us bad girls needs someone to slow us down occassionally.

 

Haha...not sure about the babysitter. She's the one who told us about TTR. She'll be in as much trouble as the rest of us. :mnm::mnm:

 

Well I guess I will have to count on Glenn to babysit all three of us then. LOL He doesn't always do his job well. We are looking at prices today and found a good deal for Sept 5th-12th. So we would see you for a couple days anyways. found a trip for 875.00/each plus taxes for those dates. Still up in the air for when we want to go. Just thought I would peek and see who is going in Sept again. Well keep you posted and let you know what we booked.
