I think we are in, besides I just looked and flights are about $20 cheaper. Save a little money and hangout with our new best ccc friends, it's a no brainer! Not that my brain will be functioning correctly while under that much alcohol influence while there.........
Yay! I was really disappointed that we would not be meeting you Darin and Melissa and unfortunately we don't have the option of arranging our dates to insure we meet everyone we are growing so fond of on this board. I have a wedding I am contracted for the weekend we come home. And Matt has crazy restrictions with work on what dates he can take vacation. Plus 3 of our 4 kids will be on fall break that week so it makes the sitter thing easier.
Melissa only gets a week of vacation so really plan it out early. We have some other friends from last year that have a scheduling conflict for our week anyway. We are hoping that by moving up a week they can join us also. So I guess you are stuck with us now!
We will be shooting for the 3rd or 4th week of September & if lucky we might be ale to do both or at least 10 days leading up to the 30th. Can't wait to get back to the fun and mayhem !
We are in a similar situation. Our daughter is turning 6 on 10/20 and we cant miss trick or treating with 3 little ones so we are working around those dates. The only issue with 10/3 to 10/10 timing is we would have to miss some soccer games but that isnt the end of the world. Sounds like this group is going to be fun and a lot of you are starting to jump on those dates so we will see if we can make those work. Let us know when you all start to lock them up. As for the trip we just returned from, simply amazing (hence back on here immediately planning the next one). We really liked the April ending / May beginning group and we met tons of people not on Cancuncare too. The weather was so much better than what we were used to for Feb too and that really helped the party. Also, 3 years ago when we last went AIWC hadnt been invented yet so that amplified the fun We plan to do a trip report tonight if work/kids allow. We wrote a long detailed wild one last time but might have to keep it toned down this time as the family now knows where we went and about this site That will be explained in the report. Cant wait to lock up October 2013!
