I would also have a transportation question. We will be traveling from the Royal Sands to the Blue Bay for Steve's Booze Cruise a week from Friday. Is there an easy way to get there via bus or should be cab it. Also, any estimate how much time it will be to make the trip. We want to make sure we get there by 9 am. Thanks in advance for you help.
I would suggest the bus for your transportation, 65-70 cents each way, but thats just me. A taxi would be faster, but charge you a lot more!
Actually the booze cruise departs from the marina at the old Fat Tuesdays otherwise known as Playa Tortugas at Km 6 Coming from the Royal Sands (Km 13) this is after the turn off for Pok ta Pok and before the big flag. BBG is at Km 3.5 so those coming from the BBG will be picked up and brought the opposite direction. Therefore it will be best to meet us at the marina rather than BBG, and also because of that a 9:30 meet will be fine instead of 9am. I'll PM this too just to make sure you see it.
