I heard about the meeting the day after they had it but it was our first full day so really didn't know what was happening. I saw that they are reading the social media sites, don't know if that includes this site but hopefully they will get the hint that the silent majority is tired of being silent and hopefully won't be viewed as the minority for much longer.
lets relax I totally respect and understand all your point of views and you should respect mine. I did meet some nice people all the couples from the south and the southern bell ladies were very nice. I did say hi to many people some were receptive some were not. The resort was recomended by my travel agent so I had no expections. I did not go to this resort to hook up with anyone as I had a great lady wating for me at home. Cheers.
Was security tighter this year than last? Yes it was. Did people that felt like they were "being watch by SWAT" (your words) seem to have problems with security during their stay? Yes they did. Did people that figured security was tighter than normal and decide not tweak security or see how far they could push them at every corner have a good time anyway? Yes they did. It's the same everywhere you go. Find an enforcer and push against them and they push back a little harder. Post that you are going to "tear the place down" and "have a problem with rules on vacation" and get an extra look. Yes there is a conflict of personalities going on. Premiere, that should be looking to make the uniqueness of the hotel stay the same, is looking to make it more conservative. The management of the hotel that understands the uniqueness of the hotel is looking to return to a little more free environment, but not as free as it was in say 2004/2005. So rather than address a symptom, as in security, why not look at the bigger picture and address the cause of the problem. You've got a hotel promoting the Tease that is selling memberships and getting RCI transfers of conservative folks that complain about the place being too wild. When you make someone like April of WestTexas feel uncomfortable about the way she dresses there something is really wrong. Sorry Kirk but I support Nicolas on this one. Figure out the RCI side that works with the way that BBV/BBG/TTR is unique. You will get a lot more sales of memberships if people know the place is going to stay the same in the future. If we wanted the GP we'd go to the GP and buy a membership there. It's already done. Dare to be unique... Dare to be tempted.... Jamie

WELL THEY WENT TO A SHOW ONE NIGHT WITH THERE CHILDREN AND RETURNED TO THERE ROOM. EVERYTHING LOOKED OK. GORD WENT TO PUT THE CAMERA IN THE SAFE, BUT WHERE IS THE SAFE??????????? kind of understand what you were saying and for me there is in fact a very thin line between the Desire to meet "new" people when we are on vacation and spending time with people we know. most of the people whom we have met over the years in cancun tend to be those who are on the side of meeting new people..........however, i will be the first to admit that we have met a number of friends whom we really enjoy and wish to spend more time with them......... this is not to say that we are not wanting to meet and enjoy the company of others but we can certainly understand where one could perceive that we were not inclussive people like i said - its a very thin line i certainly enjoy meeting new, fun, interesting, giving and non judgemental people..........but i absolutely dont want to waste any of my valuable time whatsoever with judgemental self absorbed people. i dont want to just meet "new" people because they are "new" or because of their sexual preferences, gender, marital status or their skin color or any other reason. i want to meet any new interesting class people whom have a brain of their own and are not swayed back and forth with the winds of the day..........i can never have enough of those types around me...........but i have no Desire whatesoever to meet any less than this -------- and if people perceive that as being exclussive --- so be it the best rob
Hey Ken! Please don't let a couple of bad experiences give you the mind set for the rest of your trip. Like I told you when we talked, relax, have fun, mingle and get involved. When you do that, I guarantee that you will make life long friends. My TTR friends helped me get through the past year and I don't know where I'd be without any of them. I suggest you visit TTR again - make some friends here before you go and then you'll be able to walk up to them at the bar and start your vacation off on the right foot. I love each and every person/ friend that I meet while I'm visiting TTR. I know that each and every one of us is there for one reason - vacation. We don't need hassles and we don't want drama.
