Security...for guest safety or to censor guest fun?

I don't think its fair that you would post this picture .. double standard, this place would be in an uproar if the reverse had been done.. As in blacking out his face but showing hers.
We all worry about our pictures being taken and shown on the website, how is this any different... and he is on the job.

We would be interested in TTR's response to your emails about security.

We have hardly ever noticed security unless someone was too drunk to find their room!

 

I got this in response to the email I sent them:

I followed up with a simple question....."Please define the public displays of affection (that are strictly forbidden)".

I'll let you know what they say.

To me, I can't imagine 2 (or 3) girls kissing as being "over the top".

 

I haven't received anything yet but I'm impressed that you got a straight answer on the security guard at least.

You can expect the reply to your second question to probably be a quote from the guest rules statement that you have to sign when you check in.

This was a last minute decision for us and not an easy one. We're in a position to only really handle a single trip each year (little ones at home, job etc). New Orleans is close to our hearts as we know how important this one is to you and T and also Tmac/Kat (not to mention Gin and I have never been there). That being said, it's not likely we can make it...we sure wrestled between making a decision to visit TTR or New Orleans and by not making it there in the fall, please know that we didn't take it lightly.

But we really did miss you guys...I know on last year's trip - we got only a good hour to hang just with you and T and see what makes you guys tick...looking forward to another late night burger and cerveza in the not so distant future!

Oh.....and what's the BS about going into party organizing retirement? Hell....I know that you and T are going ALL OUT on the New Orleans gig but. really??? You think that all of us are just going to let you sail off someday to some Jimmy Buffetville geriatric resort where even your daily flavor of metamucil is decided for you??? HELL NO! You guys have party planning and organizing in your blood...I'm not buying it@ :aktion052:

 

I am hoping this is not the case. I am a Brit who works for the US DOD in Iraq, I am coming to TTR to relax with my better half before heading back to hell. I am not paying top dollar to be pushed about by security with small man syndrome.

If anyone is there between now and the 27th of May before I have to pay in full and this silly behavior is still ongoing with TTR security please can you highlight it. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.. Contractors like myself from UK, USA, Australia, South Africa work ourselves to the bone to help US forces keep the world safe and I will no be dictated to by a flashlight cop on my holidays. I am so surprised by the reports from TTR regulars on this. Why is it being allowed to continue?


If the management is aware of the behavior of their staff why isn't something being done?


I am paying top dollar for a 3 starhotel for some peace and quiet. But I am sure like many people a small man with a chip on his shoulder will not ruin our holiday. PARTY ON

 

will see you two guys in los cabos next april and get away from all the security issues in cancun and the lack of body shots........ i promise you i will plan something special that week - you have my word

keep in touch with us and if things change and you are able to make it to N.O. that would be awesome but if not we certainly understand ill get you some good videos.

by the way did i mention that they have the big blue dick in los cabos? they sell it in liter sized bottles - we had everyone drinking that shit even got a bottle back to the states

Here is the response we received from Temptation.

David is a good guy but that pic could get him fired. Not really that happy to see anyone lose their job. I feel bad for both of them as they are only doing there jobs and trying to feed their families. Security really didn't ruin anyones trip.

 

True. The actions of security are probably directed by management.
