Security...for guest safety or to censor guest fun?

There's a littany of posts and threads that mirror the above on this forum right now. My only "point" is/was......people shouldn't have to defend their negative reviews. As real as your experience was with no issues (or, issues YOU don't take offense to), there's, too.....are equally as real.

One man's (or woman's) "issue" .......isn't an issue at all to another. But, neither can be construed as the fun "std.".

If two or three girls dancing or kissing in public being censored doesn't bother you......then that's fine (totally). But, it's not "OK" with everyone. Is it a deal-breaker? We'll all make that decision for ourselves. And, if you haven't yet descended upon the resort, you have a bargaining chip.

I meant NO disrespect to anyone's opinion(s). In fact, I'm just trying to lend equal credence to them all.

well for the life of me i cant remember exactly what they say.. but something about e legal drugs on the premises and prosecution maybe someone else can remember and answer.. sorry..

 

I sent them an e-mail letting them know my concerns. I will see what they say. All I know is I am looking forward to an ADULT trip where I can go have fun, let loose and be myself without the judgement of others. This resort is chosen for the wonderful like minded individuals that go for the same reason. I am hoping most of these posts are a slight overreaction or I am going to have to find a new resort to love. :-( We leave in 12 days. Wish us a fun and exciting time please.

 

Security sucked when we were there. But now, after being home a week and putting up with the daily BS I have to endure, I would go back this weekend if I could. Maybe I could get back my 3/4 unused can of whipped cream back!

 

The sign says...

"Use of and/or posession of Illegal drugs is prohibited and offenders will be prosecuted!"

Pretty simple, bring/buy/use any illegal drugs and you may end up spending more time bitting Mexican jail cell matresses :aktion060: than doing body shots off your sweetheart, LMAO! Remember that all it takes is 1 of the security to be ether a friend of a Mexican police or even a off-duty cop moonlighting to find out how bad the Mexican jail/courts can really be.

OK, someone has to say it. If risque behavior and a couple of girls kissing is something that people would take offense to please find a different resort. If a drunk guy doing the helicopter on the swim up bar really interferes with your delicate sensibilities than find another resort. This one is for that type of stuff. We all get enough of the black boot on the neck at home, we go here to cut loose. I won't be offended that Disney or Sandals is a better fit for you, don't be offended when I leave my responsible, proper behavior at home.
Bottom line, if this place isn't for you and you like to bitch to the mgm't about things do us all a favor and seek a different resort, you are ruining it for the rest of us.
(This isn't directed at anyone in particular.)
