I think I asked this in another thread...but what are sea lice exactly? Do I really want to know? And is this a major issue in Cancun? Yikes!

Is there any other stuff you can use that I can get in Canada without ordering from the states? Anyone have any ideas? Also, anyone been at the Riu Caribe lately and seen any symptoms of this?
Just read on a Yahoo Questions thing that Sea Safe is available in Canada at Shoppers Drug Mart...you might wanna try that!
Today we have the first warm shower of the year; yhos means sea lice seasson is over. No logic or studies on why but our 7 year expereience living at Cancun had never make this one wrong. :arrow:
Are they gone yet? Are the sea lice still there. Could somebody herd then out of there by May 24th. I'm coming down on my birthday and hoping to play in the ocean. Hope I'm not stuck in the pool the whole time. Oops, I just read Ana's comments. Thanks, and sorry I got ahead of myself.
