    Hi guys!

Only 4 days to go! Anyway, was just wondering about safety deposit boxes. Are they located in the rooms or down at reception? Are they safe? This may seem like an odd question but about 4 years ago when on holiday with a friend in Magaluf, Spain we had all of our money taken from a locked safe in a locked apartment within 3 hrs of arriving for a 2 week holiday. Which was nice..........!

So has anyone had any bad experiences with the safes or should we use them?

BTW im the one on the right in the avatar with the George Clooney style hair lol! See everyone soon!

For $3 US you can rent the safe in your room. Haven't ever heard of someone losing something out of the safe at TTR.

They do have free Saftey Deposit Boxes at reception but for $3 why hassle with that.

We were just there in April; room safe was free. When it was BBG it used to be $3 a day, but they said now that it's TTR the safe is included. Never had anything taken, nor heard of anybody having a problem.

Yeah this year they were free and I thnk bigger than last years also. G was able to keep his smallish work laptop in there but it wasnt big enough for his larger personal one. You set the code for it yourself so it was very safe and easy to use!

It's cool they're allowing the boxes for free but, I've never had a problem with any of my personal belongings coming up missing & I've never used the saftey deposit boxes.

Thanks everyone! Glad no one has had any bad experiences with the safety deposit boxes. Im a bit of a gadget freak and like to keep them somewhere safe when not in use.

We used the safes. Last year it was $3 a day, this year it was free. We have never had things stolen from the room, but certainly feel better having credit cards, cash, cell phones and passports locked in the safe.
You set your own access code to get into it.
