Some of the single guys like Chet and Jim are great and I dont think the should be punished. I do think a cap needs to be put in place to limit the number of single guys on any given week. This past week felt as if there were more single guys than couples.
Hopefully this isn't the case as that would ruin it for a lot of people. Me and my boyfriend just got back from our first trip to TTR and we are both just 21. We are very mature for our age and would never be disruptful or disrespectful to anyone there. We enjoyed our trip so much we would love to come back again...and I'm sure before we are 25. I would hope that not everyone puts a bad name to people under 25 just because we are young...not all of us are crazy loud party animals straight out of university.
I agree with you Abby. We actually were there at the same time. I introduced myself to you at the sexy pool early in your vacation. I don't agree with what I heard and as I said "I heard a rumour" and at this point that's all it is. I too am hoping that the few people who only think about themselves rather than being considerate of the people around them haven't ruined it for everyone else. P.S. So glad you had a great time and hope you DO go back again someday!!!!

Wow, reading a lot of negative comments about TTR lately. Think (and hope) that some of you are right that it just depends on the mix of people on that given week. Think I do agree too with those who don't think a group of 40 single guys should be allowed. Nothing wrong with singles or 20-somethings - a nice mix of people and ages makes for a great situation for all. We're going down in another week so fingers crossed we will have a friendly and fun crowd.
I must be the youngest 44 yr old here cause I love the music and dance almost every weekend to the music at home as well. I could dance all day and night if my body would let me. I don't even mind the single guys either. I am 44, not blind so give me something sweet to look at and let me dance and I am in heaven. Back in 1 month and 4 days. Can't wait to party again.

While I like new music, that's what my kids listen to all day long. So, if that's all they play, I'm worried I won't be able to feel sexy if every song reminds me of hauling the kids in a mini van! Are they open to plugging in a guest's ipod or letting us bring CDs so we can mix things up a little? I'll go bonkers hearing the same 15 songs for 7 days straight.
Gotta agree with my girl Monique, love to dance and that is what todays dance music is. Agree they could have mixed up a little more though as I am an old time rocker and almost 50. As for the single guys I didn't really notice, to busy with the female eye candy I suppose.
